Turns out the new branch for Le Maillon is an arguile place, located next to Republic and Square cafe in Amaret Chalhoub.
Not that I mind having hookah lounges and cafes, but when you are as fancy as Le Maillon is in Beirut, the least you can do is preserve the name and open it under a different one.
If I am not wrong, le Maillon café is a café and not a new branch for Le Maillon! and this café indeed preserves the name of Le Maillon since the quality of the food and services it provides is a wayyyy beyond other “arguilé places”.
I think its a wonderful place and its worth visiting… it preserves and guarantees the best quality , taste and mood! I can easily put it as one of the leading cafes in town and not to be compared to the others around in the same area! love it
