Sayfo is saying this new resort is located on the Zouk coast line but I don’t see the Zouk Powerplants anywhere in the first picture. It doesn’t seem to matter to the buyers though as half the project is already sold and prices went up $25,000 in a couple of weeks (or maybe $300,000 units got sold out).
R.I.P. amlek el ba7riyyeh.. so sad, this is so illegal
From what I can tell from their proposed pictures, it is going to be built on the parcel of land between
Residences de la mer & Rimal. You can see it on Google maps.
these projects and resorts are getting on my nerves
Lebanese people transformed their country into Resorts, country clubs and malls…fake projects for a shallow society
nothing will ever beat the simplicity of the traditional Lebanese houses with pine trees all around…
heartbreaking
Tfeh!
