As you all have probably guessed by now, the green people spotted and the green billboards on the highway were part of a teaser campaign by Zaatar W Zeit to launch their latest product, a green sandwich dubbed “the Super-Natural Green”.

I dropped by ABC Dbayyeh yesterday to give it a try and I must admit it’s quite delicious! the wrap looks weird as it’s all green but it’s comes entirely from the natural spinach color. The sandwich consists of a freshly baked spinach flatbread, wrapped around roasted chicken mixed with a housemade sauce, beef bacon bits, iceberg, rocket leaves, seasoned with parmesan cheese.

I’d replace the beef bacon with pork bacon and maybe add some corn to it. Otherwise, I highly recommend you give it a try!
