amazing, this guy is buzzing with energy like a bee
Amazing guy.
IMHO: Interview is good because he is talking, very charistmatic and smart person.
However I do not appreciate the interviewer:
– Quoting herself at the start of the show (LOOOL)
– Interrupting Carlos many times
– Not driving the conversation. I would have loved that a person who knows more about the automotive industry or a business guru, and who could have dug deeper into the details and made the interview more interactive.
But I still think that it was a good interview, and enjoyed it to the max, and I do appreciate that the interviewer was genuinely interested, her and her team also deserve the credit for making it happen.

indeed she deserves all the credits and her team as well. she is a well known writer that is why there are quotes in the beginning of her episodes.
at least this is a show that is successful and takes MTV to another level! bravo!

This guy is a business and management genius; he was happy to give his time and the mtv send this interviewer what an embaressement… Do not expect much for MTV anyways!
