According to this article, a member of the Egyptian Olympic delegation was smoking a Hookah in his hotel room which triggered the fire alarm and caused the evacuation of the whole hotel in the Olympic city. As a result, the local authorities sent a warning to the Egyptian delegation. I am not sure which is funnier, the hookah story or the fact that Egypt gave its Olympics Athletes Chinese Knockoffs.
