A Facebook page named "Stop Hunting Crimes In Lebanon" was founded by a group of European and Lebanese protectionists to show the massacre of raptors, storks and songbirds, the rarest species of migratory birds, killed by brutal and criminal Lebanese hunters. They've collected over 20,000 pictures that they are constantly updating through their page. These hunters shooting at anything that moves are idiots and should be jailed.

I posted the above picture earlier today and found few recent pictures of the Hippodrome and its surrounding. Via Google Maps via DailyStar I also found this picture but I can't tell how old it is. Let's hope they keep at least Horsh Beirut as it is.
