I’m sure that they took the permission from the local authorities in the region to block the road for performing certain work!
the Question is that why don’t they do it at night ? at midnight for example ?
The answer is : They don’t care about you and all the people passing on this road, what they care about is their own interest !
Conclusion, you, me and everybody passing on this road are NOTHING for such Creatures!
