I have been going to the Golf Club since I was a kid. (over 30 years)
Personally don’t play golf, but they have one of the best swimming pools in Beirut.
They have a great Gym and some real Clay Tennis courts.
The Golf Club is similar to the ATCL in that is owned by the members. Yes there is corruption. But the Golf Club has some of the highest water bills in Beirut, just trying to keep everything green.
Overall it’s a lovely club and I will keep going and will probably send my children there too
Lol i pay $1100 a month for a small appartment in Beirut…they pay 1100 LL for space that is maybe tens of thousands of times bigger
Trust me, it’s shite! Worst golf course I’ve ever played at. Embarassing.
