When I saw the billboards promoting an electronic civil registry extract, I thought to myself that this is too good to be true, and it turned out to be a hoax. What they did was simply put an e-form that you need to fill, print and go to the mayor instead of the mayor filling it up for us. All the remaining steps are still the same.

So their idea of coming up with an e-civil registry extract was scanning and uploading a form to their website 😂😂. We should give them some credit though for making the e-form fillable, not just some paper we have to print and then fill by hand.
