I found this article on Lebanon’s richest athletes and it says it’s based on the Forbes list but I couldn’t find anything on the Forbes website. In fact, Lebanon is not even in the 21 countries they selected to come up with the world’s highest-paid athletes list.

Five out of the top 10 richest athletes listed are football players, two of them are basketball players, there’s one rugby player, one rally driver and Lebanese explorer and mountaineer Maxime Chaya.
