it is not just baladiyet zouk mosbeh, it is a campaign by “L 3aylé” probably a christian NGO that handles family issues.

in my humble opinion i believe they are addressing women that are badly treated and faced with the same situation. with this visual they are trying to remind women of the situation and they are showing a doll to relate wit the word in the slogan “le2beh”= doll
This campaign called “اطمئن” is supported by the Episcopal Commission of family and life in Lebanon in collaboration with Zouk Mosbeh municipality to fight peacefully against the disrespectful use of women figures in advertisements.
Indeed, a competition was organized between NDU and USEK graphic design students to provide a constructive message through their academic projects stating that the figure of a woman is not a commodity and the advertisements we see on the roads should not be pornographic.
This poster was the second prize, and soon you will see the first prize which is complementary to the one above.
