Emirati businessman & founder of Al Habtoor Group, Khalaf bin Ahmed Al Habtoor, announced this week the reopening of Le Mall Sin el Fil and rebranding it under a new name “The Sooq Avenue”. In addition to that, Al Habtoor announced that he will give tenants a rent grace period of up to 12 months in an attempt to encourage them to open and alleviate the burden of the ongoing economic crisis Lebanon is going through.

Le Mall closed in 2020 due to COVID and the economic situation. The Sooq Avenue will be managed by a newly establish company called “riple Height”.
