Travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler shared recently a video by filmmaker Mounia Akl who took them on a tour around Lebanon. The tour was one long weekend where they partied in Beirut, drove to the Bekaa valley, attended a wedding at the Hippodrome and went skiing in Kfardebian.

I sometimes do miss those hectic long weekends where I’d go out party every night, watch a movie with friends, head out to the mountains on Sunday for a family lunch and find time to play a basketball or a football game. Nowadays, things have gotten so hectic during week days that you just want to sit back and relax on the weekend, or just go for a morning walk or jog. I’m still trying to squeeze some plans though 😀
