Lebanese tennis champion Ibrahim Bou Chahine has been banned apparently till the year 9999 according to the above screen taken from Ibrahim's profile on the Lebanese Tennis Federation website. From what I read, Bou Chahine was playing with Giovani Samaha in the Mens' Double at the most recent Collina tournament when they withdrew from the game following an argument with the referee and the opposing team. A month ago, the Ministry of Interior & Tourism agreed in a joint statement to fix the valet service price at 5000 Lebanese Liras but the decision was apparently not yet enforced. According to the Tourism Minister, we can start reporting valet companies breaking the law starting tomorrow and the tourist police will show up and fine the valet companies. More importantly, if the same company breaks the law twice, their license will be suspended.…
