Gilbert Simon and his winning cover : Pictue from LorientLeJour Gilbert Simon won the contest for the cover drawing of the latest Asterix and Obelix comic entitled "Asterix and the Picts" . Moreover, and as stated by Minister Sehnaoui, Lebanon was never under threat of loss of internet bandwidth as, since April 2013 we have full redundancy through the Qadmos/Alexandros cables.
