Is it that difficult for the ISF to stop these crazy motorists and confiscate their bikes? They pull their stunts on the same highways and they go in groups so they are asking to get caught.

ISF is just here to confiscate random people doing delivery or bringing stuff from one point to another on their small scooters.
But retard like these guys on the videos, with no helmets, no protection, etc. ISF won’t even bother to arrest them.
