Saw this the other day.
It is way more practical than “touring” Achrafieh for hours to find a spot.
It’s called a car stacker and it’s a common sight in New York City
It works where you have the space. There’s plenty of those being used in residential as well as commercial parking lots.
It’s VERY common in many cities around the world, and it is in fact practical, except maybe that our electricity shortage makes anything that needs power not practical.
Fadi is right . . . as long as there’s power (even if a separate generator) then these things are awesome. We have them all over the place in NY (both in business & residential areas).
They use this system in Japan as well.
