call the baladiye they will fix it
damaged badly my low car because of these tires that have been relaxing in the middle of the highway.
Here comes a set of questions:
1) Who’s the responsible entity behind this chaos ?
2) To whom can we report an accident that took place because of the chaos ?
I don’t really expect a reliable/ effective answer but wanted to express my thought.
