We now have our own “Cops” show on MTV. I am surprised the ISF gave MTV permission to accompany them on raids and missions. I watched the first episode yesterday and this is by far the most interesting show on Lebanese TVs right now.
I have one worry though: All the criminals they are arresting should not be placed in Roumieh with all the scandals that have been unveiled there because they will probably be out the next day and all this hard work gone to waste. Lebanon needs a new Maximum security prison well monitored and guarded by professionals.

I am not watching TV lately, but I caught a glimpse of the promo of the Lebanese SCARE TACTICS.
I also wonder how did they get to do it?

Don’t be surprised that they gave them permission. It’s the Chaabit El Maaloumet, once led by Wissam El Hassan, pro-March 14. It’s part of their propaganda.
It’s people with your mentality that’s keeping Lebanon as a third world country.

I missed it on tv and tried to watch it on youtube, it seems the video is not avialable any longer.
ok the show is definitely nice.
however, politics aside, the problem remains in that this show is giving insight to the criminals as to how the tactics are done.
so next raids, the element of surprise would be reduced, and the criminals would be prepared if they watch the show.

Actually, I was reading an article on lebanonfiles, and they mentioned that crimes decreased by 15% in the US after showing this show. So hopefully we will notice a decrease in crimes here:

noted but u do realize that the US is a whole different story…
they actually have an organized professional crime fighting system… so of course the criminals will be scared & crime rates would reduce…
I doubt that Lebanon would follow the same route…
