The Traffic Management Center tweeted a picture of a new car plate that is expected to roll out starting December 21. According to this Annahar article, the new plates cannot be forged in any way and have a 3D engraved cedar tree and a serial number.

The aim is to make sure there are no fake plates circulating around a year from now and should cost around $30. It’s still not clear though how they’re planning to roll out the new plates within the next year. To be honest, I don’t see why we need a new car plate right now, especially when the traffic law is not working, and those using fake car plates couldn’t care less about newly designed car plates and can forge whatever the hell they want, especially politicians.

Nevertheless, if it’s a safer and more secure car plate, then it’s better to proceed with it and hope that one day everyone will be using it ✌️😂
