This is a daily occurrence on the Dbayyeh maritime road leading to the Antelias bridge. The road on the way back to Jounieh is closed in front of the ISF barracks yet some "privileged" cars are allowed to skip traffic and drive in the wrong direction towards Antelias. As a result, they pose a serious threat to cars driving back towards Jounieh and make traffic worse. I've seen at least a dozen accidents on that…
