The World Happiness Report released its annual ranking of the happiest & unhappiest countries in the world and Lebanon was ranked at the bottom along with Afghanistan. The report uses six key factors to measure happiness including GDP per capita, social support, healthy life expectancy, freedom, generosity, and corruption. A memorandum was issued today by the Lebanese government to postpone Daylight Saving Time, which was set to start on Sunday March 26, until April 21 which marks the end of the Ramadan month. In other words, people fasting during the holy month of Ramadan won't need to do so for an "additional hour".
