AUB's President Dr. Fadlo R. Khuri, who is a thoracic/head and neck medical oncologist, has vowed to turn AUB into an entirely smoke-free campus within 24 months in a long letter published on AUB's website yesterday. At the moment, smoking is not permitted anywhere on AUB campus as well as the AUB beach other than in a few clearly identified locations. In the past six months or more, I've been spending on average $15 as extra MB consumption on my primary mobile internet plan. I'm also consuming all 10GB on my 4G dongle and secondary line despite having WIFI at home and at work.
