I have no idea how my friend Mark dug out this video but it's pretty cool. There was a Lebanese participant at the the 1980 Disco Dance World Finals called Henri Daou. I have no idea if this is an official competition or if Henri won but they had participants from all over the world. Jump to Minute 8:13 to watch Henri.

The rehabilitation project of the National Library is supposedly complete but it won't be opening anytime soon because the cabinet has yet to appoint an executive board and director. I never had a doubt that Abdel Latif's predictions are total B.S but she became a laughing stock following Lebanon's presidential elections and now the US. I think it's about time Abel Latif's show and all similar shows stop once and for all. It was already reported that she might stop her show for now and focus on finishing her autobiography.
