Dr. Fata is due in court Tuesday and his bond has been set at $170,000. If convicted, he might face up to 20 years in jail. When I saw the office they set up there, I remembered the car accident that occurred at the same spot a couple of years ago. I hope they will choose a better spot next time.

I contacted Animals Lebanon last week to see if they have any updates regarding the Beirut River crocodile and to ask them if we can visit the site and help them search for the crocodile.
