You can't really blame the municipality or police officers as it's very hard to spot a truck stationed in Marina Dbayyeh with all the buildings and towers there. On a serious note, the only place where trucks can hide is behind Emile Lahoud's ugly Olympic pool, the one that cost us 18 million dollars yet was never finished.
