ABAAD and Esposa Beirut are asking female participants in the Beirut International Marathon to participate and run the 10KM fun run in a wedding dress in order to raise awareness on early and forced marriages in Lebanon and the Middle East and North Africa region. That’s a pretty cool and fun idea. I just hope women will be able to find cheap wedding dresses.
