British Ambassador to Lebanon Tom Fletcher tweeted these two pictures of the badges and Meghlé that will be given out in Lebanon on the occasion of the Royal Baby’s Birth.
Prince William and Duchess Kate’s first baby, a future monarch, was born today at 4:24 pm local time in London’s private wing of St. Mary’s Hospital, the palace announced. The announcement said the baby weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and William was present for the birth.

It will be the British taxpayer that grants him that, not God.
Not sure if you understand how the British Monarchy gets its money or not, but the Royal Family is the one who contributes to Great Britain (and some Commonwealth realms) and not the other way around.
Short summary: the Crown owns lots of land (The Crown Estates), they forego all the rent on all the property they own, a staggering amount of money which would bankrupt the British government in short order should those debts come do. The Crown Estates includes thousands of acres all over Britain and a lot of property in London. In exchange, the Royal Family gets a yearly allowance which equals 1/5 of what The Crown Estates makes every year.
Not sure you understand the Crown Estates or not – they don’t forego rent on them because they are not owned by the monarch privately – they were given up into a trust a long, long time ago in return for the civil list. The monarch cannot own them or sell them
The Queen and Prince Charles don’t pay income tax (although Charles does voluntarily) and they don’t pay inheritance tax.
Public funds make up the civil list which pays for all of the travel, upkeep of the residences, entertainment, etc. but does not include security provided by the army and the police – a huge expense paid for, again, by the public.
The civil list was abolished last year and the monarch now receives a percentage of the revenues of the Crown Estates, again, land they no longer own.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for the Royal Family and they do provide for the UK in tourism and such. My issue was with who grants the baby grace…
