In case you are wondering how inmates escape Roumieh prison, check out how Abdallah Shahimi managed to escape few days ago. That's really pathetic but not surprising at all. To make things even worse, 9 million dollars that were supposedly allocated to renovate part of the prison got stolen and our dear Interior Minister Marwan Charbel just realized that yesterday. 9 freaking million dollars!!
