College Central Des Moines, a college located in Jounieh that follows the French system, has angered families after finding out their kids are being taught about LGBT families. Several billboards appeared in Beirut today, mainly in Beirut's southern suburbs, in support of Russian President Vladimir Putin ahead of the Russian Presidential elections set to held on March 17th.
