Not only did Public Transport syndicates block roads all across Lebanon yesterday, but they apparently tried to force taxi drivers to join the protest and beat up some of them. Funnily enough, some people were defending their actions yesterday when I posted that blocking roads is not benefiting anyone and that the only ones who are suffering are drivers who have nothing to do with it. A cafe in Hamra called Barjees is offering a 20% discount on Arguile to students and using the slogan "Arguiltak Serr Naje7ak!" to promote his place. I don't know where to start to be honest, with the slogan itself, with the idea of encouraging students to smoke Arguile or with the sad fact that Arguile places are turning into study points.
