[Updated] Lebanese Government Refused Help From “Secouristes Sans Frontières”

Update: Lebanon's Ambassador to France contacted SSF who specified that it was the French authorities that asked them to cancel their trip. The Lebanese authorities have apparently refused help from the Secouristes Sans Frontières team, claiming they no longer require their help. The Lebanese authorities have denied the news but the below video is pretty clear. Why would the SSF be lying about that?

Western Union To Allow Transfers in USD Starting August 7

Following the disastrous blast that occurred two days ago, Western Union has announced that it will be offering zero-fees international money transfers paid out in U.S. dollars to Lebanon, and BDL has confirmed this decision by issuing a decree for that purpose.
