It took me a second to figure out why the Ministry is selling ice-cream and I really thought it was a joke at first but it turned out to be a campaign to explain the new electoral law by the Ministry of Interior. I am not really sure how the ice-cream will help clear the confusion and I don't believe it is that accurate anyway because even if you're allowed to vote for one list…
