Lebanese sculptor and artist Rudy Rahme revealed to Al Jomhouria newspaper that he's sculpting the world's biggest and tallest Jesus Christ statue which will be placed in his hometown Bcharreh once done. The statue is expected to be 54 meter high. In comparison, the famous "Christ the Redeemer" statue towering over Rio de Janeiro is only 38 meters high, while Poland is home to the current world's tallest Jesus statue which reaches 52.5 meters.
