She's a ferocious critic of sexism, a staunch defender of women rights and freedom of speech among other things. Twelve Lebanese made it to the Forbes Top 100 Most powerful Arab businesswomen this year, and five of them were named among the world's 10 most powerful Arab Women. I found this article on Lebanon's richest athletes and it says it's based on the Forbes list but I couldn't find anything on the Forbes website. In fact, Lebanon is not even in the 21 countries they selected to come up with the world's highest-paid athletes list.
