I was checking out a recent report on the top 10 countries with the most guns per 100 residents and 4 out of the 10 top countries are in the Middle East but Lebanon is not one of them surprisingly enough. Lebanese graffiti and street artist Yazan Halwani won gold in the "Peinture" category at the 2017 Jeux de la Francophonie which are currently being held in Abidjan. I wrote about the new biometric driving licenses a year ago but yesterday was the first time I see one of them, probably because the existing ones need 30 years to expire.
