It's been 1 week since I kicked off the #BbaladivsTechiedad challenge. Jimmy from Techie Dad and myself were supposed to do the following: 1– Walk/Jog on average 8000 steps a day. 2– Complete four weeks of the one hundred push-ups program. 3– Perform 3 sets of 15 of any upper body exercise you choose on a daily basis. In terms of steps, I've average 10,870 steps last week which is above average. My best performance…

Who killed Gebran? Is there any ongoing investigation? Why aren't there any updates? Who is keeping his legacy alive? Gebran Tueni was killed on December 12 2005, 11 years ago. He was an outspoken Lebanese journalist, a freedom fighter and the hero of the 2005 Cedar Revolution. Here's an I wrote about Gebran for Annahar three years ago.

Update: Just to be clear, the committee agreed to scrap the article but the parliament still needs to vote on it. Also LBCI reported that the committee has only agreed so far to scrap it but will "hold another meeting on Dec.14 to work out the details involved in canceling Article 522." Article 522 was FINALLY abolished today by the Parliament's Administration and Justice Committee, as confirmed by MP Robert Ghanem who heads the committee.…

My friend Christine shared these beautiful pictures of dolphins spotted off Tabarja's coast. They were the only beat in the water and had at least five dolphins swimming around them for almost 2 hours. Enjoy these beautiful shots and this short . Does anyone know when is the best time to spot these dolphins if we're going on a boat trip? I've been on many trips and I never encountered any :(
