APAF shared pictures of a dead dolphin earlier today and claimed that fishermen in the Tabarja area are killing dolphins and that this is the fifth victim. I read throughout the comments that APAF has witnesses and names but so far it's just pictures of a dead dolphin. I usually follow Top Chef France and I love it. The Top Chef Lebanon edition wasn't that great to be honest, so I hope this one will be better. The Environment Ministry is proving once again to be a complete waste of money. Minister Mohammad Machnouk is currently visiting Washington to take part in the "Our Ocean Conference" and was bragging yesterday on how he transformed a garbage mountain to a green area.
