I usually follow Top Chef France and I love it. The Top Chef Lebanon edition wasn’t that great to be honest, so I hope this one will be better. The judges for Top Chef Middle East will be internationally renowned television presenter, chef and cookbook author Bobby Chinn, one of Lebanon’s most renowned chefs Maroun Chedid and renowned Saudi chef Mona Mousalli.

I am familiar with Chef Maroun Chedid’s work and I think he’s an excellent choice. Let’s just hope the 15 contestants were properly selected.

Top Chef Middle East’s first episode is on Wednesday September 21st. It will be broadcasted on MBC1 and LBC.
