The new Sanayeh garden is almost ready and will be officially open on May 31st. The new garden looks great now, as it's clean, greener and is fully equipped. Added to that, there's now a bike lane, the areas dedicated to children were revamped and there's free WIFI of course. Dogs and pets won't be allowed though at first as people tend to leave their pets' poop behind and awareness is needed on that subject.…

I was walking around DownTown Beirut when I spotted the Grand Hyatt construction site. I haven't seen or heard about it before but based on what I've read, its construction was suspended due to the regional and local tensions but they resumed the works back in September 2013. The hotel is expected to be open by 2015. The hotel will be very close to Down Town Beirut, to the Zaitunay bay and Beirut's New Waterfront.

Ever since I was an AUB student, I enjoyed going to the AUB outdoors as it's a lot of fun and it's great walking around the AUB campus and meeting with your old buddies. This year's theme is "Take me to New York" and looks like a lot of fun. There's Nemr Abou Nassar, Comedy Night, VRL live, my good friend Gino hosting the event and Who Killed Bruce Lee and Meen entertaining the crowds…
