FIFA World Cup 2022 could be taken away from Qatar

FIFA President Sepp Blatter asked for findings as to how the tournament was awarded I was surprised when Qatar won the rights to host the World Cup in 2022 3 years ago even though I was sure they had the necessary means to organize a great tournament.
