let it be a lesson to all those scooter drivers who go 3aks el seir, wear no helmets, never stop at a traffic light, steal women purses, drive on the sidewalks, park on the sidewalks, drive and drink at the same time, drive and eat at the same time or get 3 or more people (no helmets on of course) on one scooter.
