ZWZ is taking their Z Knefeh to a new level and just launched the “Knefeh in the Pan”. I passed by the Jeita branch today to give it a try and as expected, it’s really good. It’s not very heavy or sweet and the small bread pieces that come along are perfect. I always loved having my Knefe served in a pan or on a plate so this is perfect for me. One thing I would change though is reduce the amount of Smeed (Semolina).
