Raw Kibbeh banned in Ontario, Canada

If that’s not a valid reason to go burn tires in front of the Canadian embassy, I don’t know what is!

Windsor-Essex County Health Unit inspectors are forcing Lebanese restaurants to take a popular traditional food off their menus because it is made with raw ground meat.

Kibbeh, a signature ground meat dish, has been served at Lebanese restaurants for years, but a report of contaminated raw kibbeh in Ottawa late last year has health inspectors taking a tougher stand. Restaurant owners say the sudden crackdown is costing them sales and upsetting longtime customers. [Link]

This sounds like discrimination to me..
If they ban raw kibbe , they should also ban sushi

I wouldn’t eat it in restaurants anyways…well except if it was @ the Wadi on Berdawni…

We will still make it and sell it in Lebanese restaurants. They banned Tobacco a while back in Canada and we still smoke Argili in cafes and restaurants lol there is always a way around the law and we Lebanese are experts at bending the law; however burning tires is the next alternative LOL
