I wrote about the new biometric driving licenses a year ago but yesterday was the first time I see one of them, probably because the existing ones need 30 years to expire. Anyway, the new one is much smaller and wallet-friendly which is pretty awesome. Cost-wise, my friend asked someone to do it for him and the whole thing cost him 110,000LL so I assume it should cost less than that if you do it…
