Lebanese graffiti and street artist Yazan Halwani won gold in the "Peinture" category at the 2017 Jeux de la Francophonie which are currently being held in Abidjan. Les Jeux de la Francophonie are held every four years and combine artistic and sporting events for French-speaking nations. I wrote about the new biometric driving licenses a year ago but yesterday was the first time I see one of them, probably because the existing ones need 30 years to expire.
