That road isn’t complete yet, I’m not sure what the plan is but it’s definitely not without a purpose, I saw a man jogging there once, considering it’s a flat, quiet road with sea view I guess that’s not a bad idea :p
It is probably phase 1 of the bridge to cyprus.
