The owner of a dog shelter in Tripoli woke up today to find over 90 dogs poisoned and tens dead. The ones still alive are struggling and need medical assistance. The owner has been asking for help on Facebook since early morning in an attempt to rescue those still alive. All the dogs at the shelter were neutered and taken care of. Update Sept 10 2018: Mona is set to be released after her prison term was cut to one year and suspended. Great news! This is crazy! Basically The Google Arts & Culture app released an update few months ago that helps you find your fine art doppelgänger.
