The Easter egg hunt is here and ABC is organizing this year a virtual reality egg hunt. Nothing beats the traditional Maamoul flavors but there's no harm in trying out new flavors. I got this year four original flavors from three different shops: 1- Orange-filled and honey-filled Maamouls from Neo-Gourmet. I loved the Orange one but I prefer the honey Maamoul we used to get from Saida . 2- Rose Loukoum Maamoul: I got those from the Lebanese Bakery. I'm not a fan of Loukoum but they're not bad. Several bars and pubs in Mar Mikhael received a flyer asking them in a polite way to close down on Good Friday. Unlike the threatening memos that are sometimes distributed during Ramadan by fanatic groups and directed at those who do not observe fasting, the memo signed by the Mar Mikhael locals and residents is a friendly one, and could be easily ignored by pub & bar owners. Forbes' 2017 Billionaires list is out and this year's list was topped by Bill Gates followed by Warren Buffett and Amazon's Jeff Bezos in third spot with $72.8 Billion. As far as Lebanon is concerned, Najib & Taha Mikati continue to top Lebanon's Billionaires list with $2.6 Billion each, followed by Bahaa Hariri and Robert Mouawad . I could not find Saad Hariri on the list.
