Beirut Marathon 2010 finished few minutes ago with another great success and the participation of thousands of Lebanese, and a lot of political figures and celebrities. One remark i have on the ad they used for this year saying "Why walk when you can run?" Well running is more exhausting, harder on the knees and joints, and less fat-burning than a quick walk.

I had a birthday party yesterday at Al Mandaloun and it was one of the best parties I've had in years, and most expensive too ...
